We review everything
Michael reviews the construction drawings with a builder's eye, bringing 45 years in carpentry, building, and detailing. Adam reviews them as a structural engineer with 25 years in timber frame and truss design. Together, they check whether the engineering matches the current revision, whether the steel and timber connections are coordinated, whether the proposed systems are the right choice, and whether anything is going to cause problems on site.
We coordinate
If there's a discrepancy between the engineering and the drawings (and there often is), Adam talks directly to the engineer of record. Not via email chains. Not via the builder as a middleman. Directly. That's not something most suppliers do.
Scope, quote, manufacture
Once we've reviewed everything and resolved any issues, we provide a detailed quote covering frames, trusses, floor systems, structural steel (via 1Stop Building Group), and any EWP components. When you approve, we manufacture, and because we've done the coordination upfront, what arrives on site fits.

Supply only. We don't install, but we'll recommend builders we trust if you need one.
Service area
We go where the builders go. From local pickups on the Central Coast to overnight deliveries across NSW, if you're building, we'll get it there.
Core regions include the Central Coast, Hunter Region, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, and Maitland, but we regularly supply well beyond.
